§ 19.6.3.3 - Dominate

This mode replaces the lower channel value with the upper channel where the upper channel is brighter than the value of the lower channels.

Dominate differs from both Brighten and Maximum in that it moderates the effect by channel rather than average or luma.

Where the higher layer is partially transparent, the result is mixed with the lower layer composite in a manner proportional to the amount of transparency.
