You open the key command palette, which provides a GUI interface to drive keyboard commands, with k.

This allows you to use your mouse instead of the keyboard for most commands.

For the terminally indecisive, typing the command key(s) in the key command palette as indicated by the bold, underlined letter in each button also works.
