§ 15.7 - Polygon

The polygon area selection tool allows you to create multiple sided geometric figures as the area for application of the current operation.

The left mouse button is used to create all of the sides except the final side. The polygon is closed by simply pressing the right mouse button.

You may move the polygon at any time prior to closing it by pressing both the left and right mouse buttons at the same time. Once you have repositioned the polygon, you may continue drawing sides or close the shape.

There is no limit to the number of sides for a polygon area selection.
