• dTank (β) may not be feature-complete
• dTank (β) may be unstable
• The documentation may not match the software

...and all of this is subject to change / mutation with minimal or no notice as development work on the application proceeds.

By using dTank (β), you agree to undertake all risks of running a possibly unstable application on your computer.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use dTank (β), and if you choose to anyway, that's still on you.
